Overlooking the sparkling waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac, Villa Lazuli opens up like a breath of fresh air facing the lagoon. Named after the serene and stabilizing stone, Lazuli is a haven of tranquility and elegance. Just a few minutes from the Barthélemy Hotel & Spa, the villa sets its tone from the entrance: a grand wooden door opens onto a space where everything is oriented outward — the light, the volumes, and the constant feeling that the horizon is part of the home itself. Inside, walls are dressed in mother-of-pearl shell coverings in soft grey and white tones, while bedroom furniture and dressings feature iris glass panels that cast beautiful orange reflections throughout the day. You feel like set on the beach hearing the waves on the coral barrier. The view is like paradise, only the ocean and beaches.

Four suites, each with its own rhythm

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 suites, each with its own shower, consistent in comfort and size. One suite sits at the end of the deck, accessed through a bay window from the terrace. Two suites at the entrance share connecting doors, ideal for families — they open onto a private garden area with an outdoor sofa, each with its own bay window entrance. The fourth suite is on the lower level, reached by a stone path through the garden or stairs from the pool deck, with its own covered terrace overlooking the garden and lagoon. Every bedroom is dressed in natural linen curtains and bed linen, with Pyrenex natural down bedding — the same standard found in five-star hotels. The air-conditioned living area connects to the terrace through large bay windows, with a TV lounge, a secondary dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with premium French tableware by Guy Degrenne and Cristel cookware, plus a utility room. A connected Sonos sound system runs through the house and every bedroom — as suited to a quiet evening as it is to a celebration. Guests also have access to the estate’s shared fitness room.

The Issayah experience, between flow and freedom

The spacious covered terrace is naturally ventilated by a gentle breeze — a thoughtful aspect of the villa’s design. Inspired by the traditional building of the island before AC. A large lounging area with generous seating faces the heated infinity pool overlooking the lagoon, while an imposing dining table sits beside a brazier and barbecue, ready for outdoor meals under the stars. Sun loungers line the pool deck, extending the day between water and light. As with the entire Issayah Estate, Lazuli can be booked on its own or combined with other villas, allowing up to 28 guests in a flexible configuration while preserving the intimacy of each private space.
